Condiments: Choose two to three condiments.
Mustards: Coarse grain, spicy, dijon, honey mustard
Sweet: Fig jam, honey, your favourite marmalade, apple butter, bacon jam
Spicy: Onion and pepper relish, sweet habanero jam, mango jalapeno chutney, balsamic glaze
Nibbles: Choose three to five nibbles.
Dried fruit, apricots, figs, dates
Fresh fruit, apples, grapes, figs, strawberries, pears

Instructions
Choose a large tray, wood cutting board, a slate cheese board, or a marble slab to arrange your cheese platter.
Remove the cheese from the fridge an hour before serving.
Arrange everything on your platter and ensure there is a separate knife for each cheese and utensils in each condiment.
Label the cheese.
Make it lush and generous!
