Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the walnuts and dates.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, bananas, oil, and vanilla.
Pour the egg and banana mixture into the dry ingredients.
Stir gently, until combined.
Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with the rolled oats.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Approximately 40 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes before removing the loaf from the pan.
