black beans, rinsed and drained

eggs

ripe avocado
(or you can substitute 1/3 cup avocado oil)

tablespoon
melted coconut oil
1/2
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1/4
teaspoon
baking soda
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
tablespoons
honey
1/2
cup
finely shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2
cup
dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter or oil a muffin pan.
Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor.
Puree until ingredients form a smooth batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out somewhat clean and the top of the brownies begin to crack.
Cool in muffin pan on wire rack.
Garnish with coconut.
