Every holiday season I try to create a festive drink to serve at our holiday gatherings with friends and family.  I try to create cocktails that can be served alcoholic or non-alcoholic! This holiday season we will be serving two cocktails, Eggnog Martini’s and Champagne Cocktails.

The Eggnog Martini is a festive and simply delicious cocktail. If you want to serve this as a non-alcoholic drink, omit the rum and liqueur and simply whisk the eggnog till it is frothy. Garnish with ground nutmeg and a candy cane. 

Eggnog Martini

This is a festive and simply delicious cocktail.

Servings 1 Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces eggnog
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Rum (light white rum)
  • Nutmeg for garnish finely ground
  • Miniature candy cane

Non-alcoholic Eggnog Martini

  • 6 ounces eggnog
  • Nutmeg for garnish finely ground
  • Miniature candy cane

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Whisk together eggnog, rum, Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur.
  • Pour into a martini glass and garnish with ground nutmeg and a miniature candy cane.
