Here’s my simple “how to” instructions for this envelope napkin fold.
Lay your napkin flat and fold it diagonally to form a large triangle.
Take the right corner and fold it to the center point, then repeat with the left corner.
Fold the outer edges towards the centre line.
Fold the bottom edge up to meet the central point.
Fold the top flap down over the existing folds.
Add a bow. You now have an envelope with a pocket, perfect for sliding in a place card, menu, love note, chocolates.
