Every holiday season I try to create a festive drink to serve at our holiday gatherings with friends and family.  I try to create cocktails that can be served alcoholic or non-alcoholic! This holiday season we will be serving two festive drinks, Eggnog Martini’s and Champagne Cocktails.

These Champagne Cocktails are light, refreshing and “ohh” so beautiful looking. The fruit ice cubes are what make them look beautiful and taste amazing.  These cocktails are a showstopper and everyone remarks on how beautiful they look.

If you want to make these cocktails non-alcoholic simply substitute the champagne with sparkling water like San Pellegrino.
